1. Effective and efficient aftersales network specially the availability of spare parts across Pakistan.
2. Ensure the retail prices of all models across the model line up are affordable not like 3 aforementioned pathetic automotive brands who are ripping off customers by unjustified, exorbitant prices.
3. Give customers best- value- for money, vehicles should be of international standards, no compromise on safety features.
Unfortunately, the quality of current models of Honda, Toyota and Suzuki are extremely low quality models both from interior and exterior features/ options.
If KIA and Hyundai both commit to adequately invest in aforementioned areas, they can easily take 30% to 40% of the market share in a short period of time because customers are sick and tired of Honda, Toyota and Suzuki’s poor quality at extremely high prices and for obsolete models/ technology.
