The 12th gen Toyota Corolla Altis which was launched in Thailand in September 2019 has received a mid-year refresh for the 2023 model. This update comes after the Altis GR Sport version was upgraded in January 2022.

The 1.6 G variant is powered by a 1ZR-FBE four-cylinder petrol DVVTi engine (1598cc) good for 125hp and 154Nm that comes paired with a Super CVT-i gearbox. Upgrades to this variant include:
- New 16-inch alloy wheels
- Rearview camera added
- Increase the sensor distance to the rear 2 positions
- 9-inch central touchscreen now wirelessly supports Apple CarPlay and Android Auto
- Add system T-Connect
- The number of speakers is reduced from 6 to 4

- Added storage compartment in front of rear seat passenger

The 1.8 Sport variant is powered by a 2ZR-FBE four-cylinder petrol DVVT-i engine (1798cc) that churns out 140hp and 177Nm paired with a Super CVT-i gearbox along with a sequential (+/-) shift mode. The upgrades made in this variant include:

- LED front fog lights added
- Decorative chrome has been added around the fog lights

Altis HEV Premium
The HEV Premium hybrid variant gets a 1.8L (1798cc) 2ZR-FXE engine good for 98hp and 142Nm working in tandem with a permanent magnet synchronous motor producing 72hp and 163Nm resulting in a combined system output of 122hp paired to an E-CVT transmission. The claimed fuel efficiency figures are 23.3 km in a liter. The upgrades include:
