May be they are going to do same for Pakistani market. Particularly, the engine that they are offering for Yaris is failing to get customers the tax benefit that Corolla users are used to getting. Moreover, I think that if I.M.C. price Corolla while staying true to ethics. A tall expectation as major proportion of Pakistani people is money-oriented and tend to stray from ethics. The car has chance to do better from its peers. My cousin, a longtime user of Civic, switched to Corolla Altis 11th generation because of its price being lower from Civic. He used to own eagle eye, model before it, than he bought reborn and the one following it.
Besides, I can even see a higher number of newly registered Altis plying the roads, changing the ratio between Altis and Corolla in period of post 11th gen Corolla facelift. The scenario might be different in Punjab though because traditionally Corolla had been popular with people living in Sind, KPK and Balochistan.
Maybe with 12th gen’s launch the Corolla might reach another milestone.
For sake of information though, does change in radiator’s position increases cost of maintenance? Because it would be a blow if “fun to drive Corolla” is unable to maintain legacy for easy to maintain car that made Corolla popular with the masses.

UAE is economically powerful from Pakistan and therefore, has a lower foreign exchange with USD. Unfortunately, the Pakistanis spend a lot on importing stupid cosmetic and other unnecessary items, including cigarettes, consequently the country’s reserves are forever in strain. The strain is enough to devalue the currency. While comparing please consider likenesses between the peers selected for comparison.
