According to Renault, the 4,500 mm long Arkana has true off-road capabilities, with ground clearance of more than 200 mm and with approach and departure angles of 18 degrees and 25 degrees, respectively.

The Arkana Coupe SUV will be available in all-wheel-drive versions, and have 17-inch wheels. Power comes from a new 1.3-liter turbocharged engine producing 150 hp developed in collaboration with Daimler. The engine is paired with a CVT X-Tronic automatic transmission and an optional intelligent all-wheel drive. When equipped with the AWD system, the crossover offers three driving modes – 2WD, Auto, and Lock. In addition, especially for the Russian market, Renault will also offer a naturally aspirated 1.6-liter engine with 115 hp.
