Maruti has launched the S-CNG version of Suzuki Celerio hatchback in India. Available in two variants the Celerio S-CNG VXi is priced at INR 5.61 lac (PKR 12.45 lac) whereas the VXi (O) is priced at INR 5.68 lac (PKR 12.61 lac).

Under the hood the Celerio S-CNG has a BS6-compliant 1.0-liter K10B engine that delivers 68hp of power and 90Nm of peak torque in the petrol mode and 59hp of power and 78Nm of max torque in CNG mode and comes available with a 5-speed manual transmission only. The S-CNG system feature dual interdependent ECUs & intelligent injection system and are specially calibrated to deliver optimum performance running on CNG.
The Celerio S-CNG comes with safety features like driver and passenger airbags, driver and front passenger seatbelt reminder, ABS, speed alert system, reverse parking sensors and engine immobilizer as standard. Maruti has also launched the BS6-compliant S-CNG Tour H2, the taxi variant of Celerio against an introductory price of INR 5.37 lac (PKR 11.92 lac).
