Why have you not achieved any meaningful localization in the last 30 years?!

This situation is of their own making; only concentrating on profits and not on a sustainable business model locally. These companies should be seriously penalized for this lack of (any) achievement on their part by the government. (At least they would be if the government had any competent and caring individuals. 🤷‍♂️)
