Perhaps, these vendors should do the same and people instead of grumbling should know that breaking through red signals, scratching on expensive cars while scooting from their midst. Causing misery to fast moving cars by just turning into fast lane or cheating gullible people while dealing with them was crossing beyond limit before this azab-e-illahi struck us. We had better kneel down and start realising all these facts and trying very hard to avoid doing them. Moreover, as Allah S.W.T. does not treat us differently because we are rich or poor, thus poor people should not live under impression that rich people had been given money to pay for the wilful damage that they suffered at hands of poor. I was told by a newspaper vendor to be giving, without taking into consideration the path of miana rawi we Muslims are expected to follow. The buffoon was speaking with such authority that had I not had an inkling of Islam, I would have been confused. I even told him that it has been eight years since I last bought a new suit o eid. Asking him why should I do so when I do not need one?
If a poor person does scratch an expensive car while not being able to drive properly. He is going to have to pay price of his consequences as equal to a rich person abusing his power and causing misery to a poor person.

P.S. If I have sounded as though I am attacking lower income group than I must remind you all that in 99% rule breaking cases it is these people. They do not known how to live with kinaat or act with patience.
