Some time ago there were articles and comments in which it was discussed that the auto assemblers industry had foreseen the loss of demand due to decreasing purchasing power, therefore they have increased the prices by an extraordinary amount (not proportional to the increase in expenses but much more) so their profits are protected even if very few pieces get sold. In the same vein I think they will further increase the prices of their motorcycles. Why take the pains of producing 30,000 motorcycles when they can fleece 6,000 customers to make the same amount of profit?
The Pakistani businesspeople have this bad habit of profiting on shortage rather than the proper way of profiting on volume.
