"the ‘Below 1000cc’ category". This is not a category. It is one, singular car. The completely stripped-out and bare-bones Alto. That is it! It is a perfect example of the monopoly and oligopoly at work. Yet, almost everyone in the nation, especially the government, are ok with it. Most are completely oblivious to it.
