1. Run the business into the ground until it is bankrupt. Main reasons encouraging nepotism, sycophancy and not improving product/service, not paying attention to changing market situation or new market research.
2. Hire a talented and well-educated GM as a turnaround consultant.
3. GM gets the company up and running.
4. Saith is jealous why he/she themselves couldn’t do it.
5. Accuse them (=GM) of financial misconduct. Subject the accused to “salary-stop”. Hire thugs to harass them & their family. File lots of lawsuits and bogus FIRs. Try to get his/her (=GMs) name in the news to malign him/her in the society. Try blocking them using Exit Control List (use political connections to flex).
6. Rinse and repeat, because doing all of the above, the business again goes to the cleaners.
