What about direct theft of CNG, running of big gas generators without N.O.C., running luxury cars on CNG, slowing down the meter. Not to mention loss of millions of cubic meters during unnecessary stove heating.
This shows how short-sighted and self-centered Pakistanis are becoming by each passing day.
