How the mighty have fallen! Time to seriously reevaluate the quality and safety standards of the jap brands.

Also, what is the deal with the Japs. Why do consumers have to die or almost die before these companies actually acknowledge or fix issues. Toyota did this with its accelerator pedal sticking problem in the US. A family actually died in that before Toyota issued the recall.

We have had such issues here, especially with airbag not deploying and people actually dying because of it. Or the very bad quality of the Civic X and its components. There were even cases reported where Honda Pakistan let the warranty laps in some cases so the customer would pay out of pocket to get the issues fixed.

But hey! fanboys gotta fanboy! as long as they get their Civics or corolla. As long as they can show off in their watered down bog-standard cars with many options removed and prices jacked up, what else is there? Doesn’t matter if these cars are lemons!

Maybe its time to start caring. Your life might depend on it someday. Fight for your rights! Think about it, the cars would still be bog standard Civics or corollas, however, you will be the ones showing off your new better quality cars… 🤔
