I really am impressed with Vinfast, they reimagined and built cars on an already designed structure. One day, like KIA they are going to be able to finally create their own version of car. Our engineers are brilliant and could work in similar if not better manner however, somehow they do not seem to like the idea.

Yeah, every technical part such as engine, transmission, frame and suspension is still being imported.
