The ACross is not in the same category since it is larger and not as hardcore offroader as Jimny.

However Suzuki shot themselves in the foot by steadily reducing engine options in each gen. Previous iterations came with up to 8 engine options (ref. Wikipedia) varying according to market, 4th gen comes with only 2: 660cc and 1500cc.

In Pakistan also the Potohar SJ410 was available from Pak Suzuki whereas SJ413 body-change was a popular retrofit when they finally succumbed to rust.

Even now if they introduce more engine options it could help their CAFE figure.
