You are absolutely correct. The “justice” goes to whom ever has the most pull.

In my opinion, it seems the involved parties have weaponized FBR in this instance to get rid of the competition. If this works, it might set the template for to how to deal with the others.

This one sided fairness always kills my expectations to see any sort of true neutral justice. It shows that even the government facilities are perhaps one sided where they choose to see the crimes of the smaller and newer players but completely shut their eyes to the bigger and older players.

That is because perhaps behind this investigation there is someone behind them asking for it to happen… someone who doesn’t want the likes of MG or anyone else to disrupt their “competitive” market… 😉

Those Bhikaris are clearly showing that whose side they are on! If they are so competitive, why aren’t they asking any questions from their dear PAMA? I’m sure their CBUs selling at almost 3x their value worth inclusive of all taxes should be an eye opener.

The fact that they are only questioning MG and not literally everyone else should be proof enough!

If FBR is so clairvoyant on the goings-on with MG, shouldn’t it use it’s abilities to find out the same thing about the rest of the local assemblers, especially the old three. They can easily see how much the CKD kits have cost over the past couple of years. This way they can clearly see if the price were justified. This investigation by FBR must be conducted against ALL. Find out if the prices hikes were justified or it was all just a con job.
