This update applies only to china. But I’m glad that is the case. I very much like the international version we have here. It looks better; at least to me.

I was just thinking out loud. If, in the future some time, they do introduce a facelift or refresh or new model of the H6 or the even the Changan Oshan or Alsvin etc. internationally, I hope none of these new brands follow in the footsteps of the Japani crowd. I hope the new guys keep up with the word. Just hoping… 🤞

on another blog i read a comment “Now i wonder if the chineses fanatic will complain for haval to sell obsolete car in Pakistan …” be advised this is a China-only facelift and as the article reads, the export markets including RHD South Africa, Australia & Asia (including Pakistan) will continue to get the current iteration which is there is 2020- hardly 4 years old 🙂 so the logic of ‘complain’ doesn’t really stands well here

However, what I’m afraid of is, I hope this is not the beginning of the “Desi Japani trend” in these new Chinese companies in Pakistan. I hope they don’t drag out these current models without change for a very long time.
That, in the case of these new companies, would not make much sense either. As it stands, currently they don’t have much localisation here and almost all the parts are imported. That would mean changing models inline with global changes will not be difficult at all for them. I hope they keep that in mind and change their models accordingly here in Pakistan as well.

However, most of all, I hope that they are the ones to make exports a priority. Show the thirty year old infant companies from Japan how it’s done honestly. That is a big ask from Pakistani business people but Fingers crossed!!!
