BNCAP is coming in October 2023. You can find more comprehensive info about all the Crash Assessment Programs in this video. A way for Pakistan to move forth is to send cars to the Global NCAP in UK, it was used for crash safety ratings in India too, before BNCAP test centers were established.

Salient point from the video is that “India has lower speed traffic compared to the west but still the traffic accidents are more lethal and the most people dying are youngsters (means the future generation)”. The situation is same with Pakistan. Dead slow traffic, long commute times but still 28 road deaths per day, and the most people dying are youngsters.

You’re right about that. In fact; they have done the opposite; they have previously justified the price increases of vehicles when on CSP we have seen them get criticized and questioned etc etc.

up to some extent ur right but pakwheels or propakistani never copy such articles which have hard hitting content or they criticize local industry. atleast what ive noticed. so “publicize original ideas” of csp in not the case truly as they are copying international & other news on csp and not their genuine opinion based articles

It is important to note that India had first brought ABS to everybody, including everything from 2-wheelers to 26-wheelers, then India had introduced airbags for everybody, and now India is going for structural integrity as in the structural shell should not be compromised in case of a crash.

So their first action was to reduce chance of crash and next step is to improve crashworthiness.
