Quoted: “……highlighted the industry’s struggle……”

The industry isn’t struggling.
The sales are low.
But the profits are sustained.

The only thing they are struggling at is gaining favours from the government which usually happens at the public’s expense. As expected, in tough times, cry-babies can’t be coddled anymore and any jetsam is thrown away to save the ship. Failure of badly-run businesses in difficult economic times is nature’s way of improvement in the society.

There was an old article on CSPK that predicted it: assemblers will anticipate the loss of sales and increase their prices to extraordinary high levels – and fleece those needy customers who would buy at all cost – just to maintain their own profits. Somehow I always forget which article it was. If someone remembers, please link it.

And, Janu, you are JUST AS MUCH A PART of the economic progress. Get your behinds in gear and show your worth as an export priority industry which actively generates revenue for the nation and see how quickly these import restrictions melt away. Give something back to the nation instead of being a burden only.]]> WOW! Gaslighting at its finest!🤦‍♂️🤣
