Time will tell, before 2023 there is no Volkswagen no Skoda, in meantime we got affordable brand Suzuki and Proton.
Volkswagen will come but for Skoda plan may change.

I see your point, but bringing Skoda means bringing cheaper vehicles to Pakistan. The RHD platform is already there thanks to markets like India, making it cheaper to assemble (hopefully).

Volkswagen is only bringing pickup trucks and passenger/cargo vans from what I’ve heard, I think most if not all of the consumer grade vehicles will be from Skoda.

Yes but the look isn’t the same, the portfolio of wolkswagen is wider than skoda, Volkswagen had a pickup truck, Van, Skoda got nothing of those.
Skoda is merely 2 sedan 1 station wagon and 2 crossover and 1 hatchback.
I tought personally Volkswagen car portfolio is more interesting for Pakistan they got the Volkswagen Atlas the biggest SUV is an americanish SUV, Pakistan cars market is more like middle east market than Indian.

Why? Skoda makes consumer level vehicles. They’re basically Volkswagens but cheaper.
