The 2nd-gen Changan CS55 Plus SUV, which debuted in March 2021 has received a facelift hardly two and a half years after its debut. The refreshed CS55 Plus features a redesigned fascia while the rear and interior are carried over albeit with minor enhancements.

The interior retains a 10-inch full LCD instrument panel and a 10.25-inch floating central control screen. Under the air conditioning outlets, there were physical buttons that had been removed. Adaptive cruise control, automatic emergency braking, and lane departure warning are among the level 2 advanced driving assistance features of the vehicle. Other configurations include a panoramic sunroof that can be opened, an integrated driving recorder, multicolored ambient lighting, voice recognition functionality, and OTA updates.
Furthermore, the central console has been upgraded with more padding on both sides and a smaller rotary shifter to free up space for the wireless charging pad in front and the cup holder on the right side. The new CS55 Plus has a five-seat configuration, and all of the seats are covered in imitation leather. Electric adjustment is possible for the driver’s seat. The premium version also includes second-row armrests and heated front seats.
