I wish we had some one like that here as well. Someone who knew what they were talking about. Rather than what is happening now in Pakistan where the auto industry is being treated like second fiddle to almost everything else and being tossed around like refuse from one incapable minister to the next. 😤😡

They are part of OPEC and should be well ahead. We should be compared to Bangladesh or similar without oil/gas reserves. Nigeria should have been well, well ahead of us but despite massive oil reserves, corruption keeps them poor. Although for sure we need to put our house in order!

Nigeria is ahead because they have oil reserves and they are part of OPEC. In fact Nigeria should have been well ahead but due to mass corruption they are only some distance ahead.

A billion+ dollar investment in auto sector seems just right. Pakistan can be compared to Somalia or Somali land. This may seem harsh but that’s the truth.

Their auto industry expert is actually an expert!

With people who are well versed in the workings of the local auto scene (instead of just listening to the ones with the largest "donation")? At this point we the normal people are much more well versed than the "sahib jee" Ministers etc. Egos the size of planets. But when getting things done in this sector, their performance barely amounts to a trickle. Just a thought, but they should contact the Nigerian government and ask for their help in fixing our auto industry. 🤷‍♂️]]> Pakistan has been left so far behind, it is become just plain sad at this point. 🤬
