I went ahead and read the Dawn article too, but there is no mention of the name of the consultancy firm anywhere. Dawn did not publish the report, it published an article about the report.
The report isn’t available either, not at Dawn’s website, not on PAAPAM website. Where is the report available for commoners to read?
