Once an illiterate always an illiterate. Or should I call you a liar?
Firstly, is car a semi? Do you use it for earning income?
Secondly, Is Chinese semi cheaper than a Japanese? Maybe from the CAPEX point, would that vehicle not require maintenance or merely typing misinformed words is going to repair them? I suggest that an illiterate villager like you must ask a truck’s mechanic about which brand is better than which and then rant for a product that is well beyond your class.
Thirdly, which private and average Pakistani transporter actually owns an American or European brands? Faisal Movers have a fleet of Hinos, AK transporters have Isuzu, Mitsubishi and Hinos, Heck even the T.C.S., Agility and O.C.S. have Hinos.
By the way, Daewoo trucks have reflectors lamps, so here is another slap over your lying face; http://afzalmotors.com.pk/daewoo_prime_mover_m2t6f.php what’s more, it is a Euro one, I guess in your inferiority you missed reading it.
Fourthly, DAF, eh, have you ever even seen it or just wrote the word truck on the internet and came to know that there is such a brand? Even a highly used one costs well over PKR 13million. https://www.commercialmotor.com/used-vehicles/browse/manufacturer/daf whereas bringing it to Pakistan would place you in the arms of authorities and you are going to end up paying bribes and duties.
Whereas a Hino is ahem PKR 4 to 10million (new or used) https://www.pakwheels.com/used-cars/hino/51?body_type=truck
Lastly, You must still be asleep? Wake-up because Scania, DAF or any other European semis stand an inch above the road and no road in Pakistan can accommodate their driving if overloaded or even fully loaded, their undersides are going to be sheared off, unless you are a semi lover and like to drive them for a mere leisure, from a commercial point, it is unprofitable to keep those truck brands even for a year.

P.S. The Foton Auman is a mini truck, even a Mazda truck is larger than it, it is not a semi you illiterate man, there is a difference between the two better learn it first and then huff and puff in future.

Crass statement. You certainly demonstrated a superiority complex over people having rural background.
About those headlights, if they can illuminate that much, why is Pak Suzuki deciding to put projector headlights instead of the ones you’re lovin’?
You just assumed that only Scania or Volvo can give it, in fact UD, FAW, Sokon, DongFeng, Daewoo and Foton have a variety of trucks that aren’t even as expensive to purchase or repair as Volvo or Scania. Even Scania and Volvo, Mercedes, Man and DAF are expensive, Pakistani transporters have them too. Western Star, Peterbilt, Kenworth and Mack are to be seen on the roads too.

Some cheap Chinese trucks (Foton Auman) are coming with projector headlights which are far better in fog and rain compared to the dazzling 700 yards flooding lights you lovin’.

Truck? Clearly you are a villager who knows nothing about the world of commercial vehicles but just like to rant on the topic because they think very highly of themselves.

P.S. that semi-trailer can accelerate from stand still faster than your ill-informed imagination can think off. As for those lights, even on low beam they can flood a perimeter of round about 700 yards but I guess a man devoid of practicality, coated by a creamy layer of education, would remain illiterate.

P.P.S. by the way, instead of lamenting over and speaking about issues that you hardly know about, you will do well by donating the Scania or Volvo semi-trailers to transporters and offer them a life-time repair contract as well. The sheer cost of ownership and subsequent maintenance is going to shut you up for good.

What about the ABS, crash safety and acceleration of the truck?
Headlight was the first ever vehicle safety invention but the truck is using conventional refractor lens headlight which is really useless compared to the Swift’s projector headlights.
Safety of car carriers is also important part of the social discourse. Lots of times car carriers are unable to protect the cargo (=cars). Vehicles in the commercial sector have not been seeing any upgrade since a long time and this is an issue of concern.
