The problem is these Big 3 companies (Toyota, Suzuki & Honda) dominating Pakistan have mutual consensus to work in their specific market segment, otherwise why Toyota & Honda don’t dare to launch smaller engine cars in Pakistan like they do in Japan? Besides that, the launch of first ever 660cc car in Pakistan was long awaited and much needed considering its demand. People were buying Japanese used Kei cars in huge numbers but when the same category is introduced by Pak Suzuki with almost similar price tag, people have started criticizing even before using.

Chinese have long stopped making smaller cars. There is no chance for any newcomer (Chinese) to either launch a small car in Pakistan or modify any existing one on offer. The Italian firm which used to develop AMT gearbox for the V2 have stopped making that since V2 is no longer in production in China, therefore V2 automatic will perhaps remain a dream for Pakistan unless something exceptional happens. Furthermore as mentioned several times before, the purpose of the auto policy was to create competition and give consumers additional choices than those available in the market. Sadly no newcomer is willing to tap the segments dominated by the Big3 (Toyota, Suzuki & Honda)

Suzuki is not stopping any other company to launch similar cars. I don’t know why FAW didn’t come up with Auto Variant of FAW V2.

Bravo and Pearl are not available nationwide sir. Dont know what these newcomers think by launching car in only 3-4 cities and still not able to deliver required units

its expensive by at least 200,000 but since Pak suzuki face 0 competition they can mint the money and this nation of fools will rush to buy this over-expesive tin box

And then, what would you have us buy? A car imagined by you? Maybe it shall cost below PKR 500,000 but, shall have the faded interior in a year or two.
