A car is also consider to be premium by his engine’s size, when a Proton saga an entry level sedan got a 4 cylinders 1.3L engine and this car got a 3 cylinders 1.2L, how the hell some peoples called this car a premium car ?
A premium car is like Kia Sorento available with noble engine V6 natural aspirated engine.
Is a big engine, explaining why he cannot make as much sales as expected but when each month they are at least 200 customers for Sorento in Pakistan this is not what i called : a car who is not selling
Overall even Proton in terms of durability and reliability proves themselves to be better than PSA at a cheaper price, that some prowess.
But what i don’t understand is when YBG bring Kia such a good brand with fair prices, why did they partner themselves with such a bad brand as PSA ?
After PSA merger with Fiat chrysler becoming Stellantis, it was made clear PSA won’t go in North American cars markket, it should rise awarness…

Someone needs to remind LMC that the Sportage was hugely successful mostly because it fell in the same price bracket (and still does) in which cars like Honda Civic, Toyota Corolla and Hyundai Elantra fall in. You got a better and bigger vehicle for the same price that would get you a regular sedan.

It’s a shame that Lucky motors went the Honda Atlas route with this one; i.e assuming their customer base to be stupid, illiterate and gullible. Another car company’s likes of success killed off by it’s local partner’s terrible marketing…
