imo local group behind these cars matters a lot. Kia & Peugeot is brought by Lucky group, Hyundai by Nishat group & Changan by Master all are very sound financially, but all others like Dfsk, Proton, Chery etc have chosen weaker groups so they are suffering, although these same cars r seeing success in other markets but here they are not

I mean, blaming Ghandara (no matter how well deserved) might not be the whole story. How is the SUV treating its buyers. I cant believe that such a sales success in other markets is not working out here.

Also the same for DFSK Glory. Why is it not picking up. If it has issues, how big are they that surmounting them is impossible.
For example, the civic has a lot of issues since the last couple of generations like ABS break pump failures or transmission issues or the air intake mounted so low down that it sucked in water if ever the car went through standing water causing some very serious engine issue or catastrophic failure. Or steering rack issues that even plague the new caror rupees civic. However, it is still considered a benchmark of quality.
My curiosity is, how bad is the Glory or what are the issues with it that it never picked up. Again, it is selling in other markets quite well.
