They clearly have shown their inability to manage things. However it will not be a total loss and can even be a great opportunity. As all Proton cars are just rebadged Geely cars, simply get geely to take over. The Chinese have the capital and equipment manufacturing capacity and discipline to actually make it work in Pakistan. 🤔🤷‍♂️

Proton have a history of this type of behavior in their international ventures. Delivery issues parts issues etc.

I also believe this is the one instance where we cannot just blame the local company in charge of business in Pakistan to be the culprit. I believe, here, we have the unique case where the problem is at both ends. From the principal and the local assembler. The Pandemic was over quite a while back. Last year most auto companies and auto sales in general, worldwide, showed significant growth. Only in Pakistan things went completely the opposite way; and out of all the auto sector assemblers in Pakistan, these guys just cant seem to get their act together.

They cannot have bookings more than their production capacity, then what are the reasons behind it. Since no other company is facing this sort of issue.
