Did you confuse it with the Chevrolet Bolt? Chevy itself has a confusing array of product names.

The specs and features are confusing at best:

“LED crystal transparent halogen integrated headlamps”

LED and halogen in one sentence! What does it mean? Are the bulbs in them LED or are they halogen?

“165/55 R13 aluminum wheels”

If the rims are indeed aluminium instead of some steel alloy, then it is a major technological breakthrough!

The good thing is that this basic car comes with ABS and TPMS. Well TPMS is a basic tool to ensure lower consumption and longer range, and all cars, motorcycles, rickshaws, trucks and buses should come with it.

This means that this company itself did not have confidence in its product and so had to invent stories to get it sold. Chinese EVs are some of the best in the world. That is simple fact. This EV being Chinese should not be a problem if marketed right; And they failed at that. Now Regal will step in and do it right and no more “American made/designed/technology” lie nonsense I hope.
