Sazgar Engineering Works Limited (SEWL) has launched the locally assembled version of the Haval Jolion SUV in Pakistan. The Jolion was previously available as a CBU-imported unit.
SEWL already sells the locally assembled Haval H6 SUV in the country which comes available with 1.5L and 2.0L turbo engines as well as a hybrid powertrain option. The company had previously stated that it will launch the locally assembled Jolion, and that has finally happened now.

According to SEWL, the Haval Jolion is a superb SUV that offers an amazing fusion of design, adaptability, and performance. The Jolion offers a driving experience that exceeds expectations thanks to its svelte and contemporary design, roomy cabin, state-of-the-art technology, and extensive safety features.
The locally assembled Haval Jolion has been priced at Rs 8,299,000 while the pre-booking can be initiated against Rs 1,600,000. Deliveries will be made in 3-4 months, that is around August/ September 2023.

Under the hood, the Haval Jolion comes equipped with a turbocharged 1.5L engine that generates a maximum output of 152 hp and 233 Nm and is paired with a 7-speed dual-clutch transmission. According to the company, the engine delivers impressive performance while providing a dynamic and responsive driving experience. At the same time, the transmission of Jolion offers smooth and efficient gear shifts, enhancing the overall driving performance and fuel efficiency of the vehicle.
Exterior highlights include LED headlights with Day Time Running Lights (DRLs), LED tail lights, 18-inch alloy wheels, a powered tailgate with delayed closing and memory function, a rear windshield wiper, and a spoiler with an embedded stop lamp. Inside, the Jolion comes packed with a host of features including a 6-inch MID display, a 25-inch touchscreen infotainment system, 4 driving modes, a fast wireless charger, Paddle Shifters, power windows with one-click lifting & anti-pinch function, heated seats, dual-zone automatic climate control, and a panoramic sunroof.
