Waaah! The Toyota Way!! Keep your customers waiting.
And since the problem is “across the industry” then how is Toyota any special?
Others can’t deliver. Toyota can’t deliver either. Same to same.

In this paragraph Mr Sean Hanley 30 years automotive industry veteran and the sales and marketing head of Toyota Australia doesn’t want to admit the truth: match supply with demand and scalpers will be omitted automagically. No need to take any legal measures or to make your customers sign anything. Just remove the incentive/motive.

i think its a great effort by car spirit to dig in & come up with such stories.. hats off! they always show how things should be done, or are done everywhere else and how its done in pak 🙁

It is interesting to see how the same companies have such different approaches about the same thing in different countries. There, such groups are called by their actual name; Scalpers. Here, they are called "Investors". Also, here, these same companies point to such illegal practice as a badge of honor; pointing to it to show the demand for their vehicles. They don't give a hoot about trying to stop it.
