Toyota targeting another type of customer base and still remaining profitable. No other automotive company has as wide a revenues base as Toyota. Good old Toyota.

I think it will be only suited for tracks. Coz on roads there are other cars around so drifting like this is not possible

in future Toyota will make a 3-wheeler which can autonomously drift if it senses a feet of a person standing on the edge of the road 😀

because, Toyota was not happy with Evs but now making Evs, Toyota was against too many tech features but now developing tech features and so they will make 3 wheelers too 😛

If Akio Toyoda is reading my comment on this site, i request him to please stop doing this nonsense, i have been advocating on every comment that these are useless things but now Toyota is starting to do the same, first they jumped into making EVs and now this safety tech, i mean why safety?? Akio why?

Instead of wasting all that money on making drifting technology meant to maneuver you to safety, they could've easily just made driving institutes everywhere so people can become better drivers and not drive on the wrong way, or side swipe side mirrors, etc etc After all, Toyotas are ALL about driving!

Huh.... reminds me of a comment where someone said that "safety all depends on the driver's skills and technology is completely useless in aiding safety"... I thought Toyotas were all about "pure driving"?

amazing technology, just shows how far tech is taking us to achieve safety but i dont understand why Toyota is wasting so much time n money when its fanbase only needs a steering wheel and 4 tires. because they say they will keep buying old technology cars and hope that features like these never get introduced on a mass scale cars :D
