This is simply a big corporation finding a way to justify its cheapness. It also seems like they have fired all their good design teams. This things looks like its inside out. It reminds me of the vehicles in the movie "time cop". 🤢 The Japanese are really into the dystopian future theme. Says a lot about their outlook on life and the future. And the panel gap between the orange bit and the rest of the dashboard; talk about a cheap and bland sea of plastic. Its design reminds me of another Toyota owned vehicle, The Daihatsu Taft https://picture1.goo-net.com/7000122764/30230216/J/70001227643023021600100.jpg The taft seems to have a bit better built quality. However, both are just as bland and plasticky on the inside. And in my experience, the taft looks good in pictures. However, when you see one on the road it looks really weird. If it was a bigger size, it would have been fine but in that small size it looks bad and things look out of proportion. Plus, both have such boxy designs, it make the wheels look disproportionately small; looks very bad!
