Pakistanis generally do not receive third-grade products well. United didn’t do well with any of their previous products.
Pakistanis don’t accept ladder-frame SUVs either, as witnessed by BAIC BJ40. If it is from Toyota then Pakistanis will take it (Fortuner I’m looking at you).

What are they thinking then? Would truly like to see the business case and whatever result the market research firm gave them.
