In this topic he posited that car companies themselves don’t come to Pakistan, rather it is a “local partner” who manages the brand. So unless Toyota can convince/pressurize Indus and Suzuki can convince/pressurize Pak Suzuki to collaborate with each other, can’t say it is possible.
