It received some feature upgrades but doesn’t have any hi-fi safety reputation or crash reports.

The only good thing about the 2nd gen 2nd facelift is that it comes with a low-pollution Euro6 compatible engine. Otherwise it is just an old, old thing. While MG is creating new designs, shapes, models and technology everyday for their other market segments, they have woefully neglected this basic car which is being most popular in AU, UK and other markets. Maybe it is the Mehran of those markets.
