LC150 Prado 4th gen is also being dragged since 2009 and now it is 13 years old. From first to 3rd gen it was always the 6th year. Then for the 4th it was in the 7th year. Now the 14th year to 4th gen is arriving and no signs of a new generation.

would you mind answering to Toyota back on line why Toyota is not launching new Corolla in Pakistan even when its best selling car for 7 out of 8 years? as bhai Akio says:

We used to prioritize profits above all else, followed by quantity. Boosting quantity would also boost profits. I think Toyota used to prioritize making cars that would sell well, leading to greater profits.

don’t u think Toyota with Imc is making very thick profits in PK which CSP also highlighted many times

In Pakistan the policy is reverse. If it sells well, forget “innovation and its benefits”. Only under market competition will they innovate.

Thank you for having the honesty to admit that at least for once only greed was important to you and the company deliberately chose to ignore customers’ loyalty, customers’ requirements and your own values. Now let us expect that the Toyota fanbois around also realize that every for-profit and non-profit organization has a choice: it can pursue brand value, customer satisfaction, innovation and virtue or it can just pursue money.

What flaw was it in the Toyota Way, Toyota Production System and the Toyota Failure Learning that caused you to ignore your own iconic products and what brought your thinking back to senses?
