Maybe they don’t have any direct customer contact services, because they probably don’t want you to contact them (and deal with the problems you have with their delivered product)…

Customer service in Pakistan in general is a huge question mark.

Every now and then there is a hullabaloo about increasing car/bike prices or new vehicle launch or discontinuation of some product. This is a direct result of poor communication practices of vehicle assemblers. They are always discussing “official” channels and “formal announcements” but what should be considered as “official channels”?

Most of the times dealerships are in the dark themselves about any new developments. Sometimes the dealerships have poor behavior and it is difficult to trust them.
Whom to trust then?

Customers are always confused. These companies have no email newsletters, no official helpline UAN number. No live chat facility on their website. No announcements or latest news section on their websites.
No way to confirm any rumour.

Airlines, mobile operators, banks, all of them have a dedicated customer support department. Whether you are dealing with the travel agent, you can contact the airline itself. Wherever you bought the mobile, you can always contact the main dealer who has the agency. Regardless your branch or even if you’re not an account holder, helpline is the avenue you can avail when trying to contact the bank. It just shows how far behind the auto industry is as far as customer service, public relations and marketing management is concerned.
