Is it a responsible reporting? Is the media supposed to be a judge over company?

Journalism is the 4th pillar of the state/society. Why are you suddenly squirming if a bad news is being reported about a company? When the good news about companies, press releases & c. & c. is shared, you seem to rejoice. When a bad news is there, you begin shaming and victim blaming the customer who already overpaid millions of rupees for a basic car.

What is your fascination with ‘companies’ that you think of them as absolved from all kind of criticism and the consumer as the one who should receive all the blame and bashings, even for the problems caused by the companies, the customer should be the one receiving the criticism?

By your idea, Usman sir should close his blog because your beloved companies should be exempt from all kinds of (irresonsible, according to you) reporting which shows them as have been irresponsible (towards QA).

It's not the assembler's fault for giving him a defective product and not what he paid and waited for in the first place, it's rather the consumer's fault for not noticing the defect first hand! No no no! It's not the dealers/assembler's fault at all for even giving him a defective product, it's the consumer's fault for taking this product from them assuming it to be okay! Why didn't the workers use their eyes back in the assembly plant when they were assembling this car? What on earth were they doing?? It is a visible anomaly and any sane worker could have seen it.

F.Y.I. Civic’s repair has always been complex that is why it was and still remains a choice among elite class and that is also why it has never been able to sell more than the Corolla because elite class people are fewer in numbers than people of high income earning class.

Is it a responsible reporting? Is the media supposed to be a judge over company? While the company is at fault but the owner is not so clean either. Why did he not use his eyes back in the dealership then? When was this video filmed, in my view this piece could have been changed by any professional car lover. Therefore, I think before piling dirt on Honda, one must question owner as well, what on earth was he doing? It is a visible anomaly and any sane person could have seen it.

P.S. By the team CSP the image in the caption is a real eye opener, thank you, may your health, wealth and emaan increase. In my view, it is reflecting a glaring truth, every one out of three Pakistanis are cheating and dumping it on their fellows. So the problem is not Honda, the problem is how Pakistanis think and act.

The only feature in favor of Honda is rear A/c vents, a facility offered in Civic since 10th gen 2016 and in City 6th gen since 2021, not offered in most other vehicles except Alsvin.

-ve points poor build quality, too low driving seat, too high dashboard, expensive spares, complex and not understandable for mechanic.

This is the funniest sh*t I have read today My God. How did they even get away with this?? I understand not installing a bonnet grommet or a washer or two... but installing a whole different colored panel?! Really??? WOW!!! Maybe they are taking their customer's patience for granted! Maybe they think their customers really are stupid! Imagine you pay 65lac rupees for a glorified common consumer car and after 11 long months they give you your deserved vehicle like this. It's like getting robbed in daylight AND getting spat in the face! And to think that there is no one to account or question them for this "blunder". What a shame! Only in Pakistan!
