May Pak Suzuki think wisely and stop producing WagonR as the price difference of this with Cultus is just minimal and looks are way improved.
What I think to improve sales they have to improve build quality of vehicles with some safety added features and downward adjustment of prices so customers may attracts to buy Suzuki again.
Other wise they should be ready to book such huge losses in future too.

WagonR was never a first choice of any car buyer, but since it has no competition, people had no choice, but now 660 Alto is far better looking and cheaper than WagonR, therefore Pak Suzuki should discontinue it.

Pak Suzuki should consider about Sedan car with better specifications like Gulf &European countries and keep the profit margin low to compete the market

good analysis i think pak suzuki should cut its price immediately. also add more features to make it attractive otherwise it will fail
