Since, corruption is embedded in the hearts of Pakistanis therefore, I doubt that you would have done any better either, even, had you been operating a business. Also, lambasting others’ needlessly for a self-pleasure is also one form of corruption, which, you are doing on this forum. Lastly, people working at Indus are Pakistanis they are merely reflecting what we keyboard warriors are capable of doing, if given a power or a chance. Therefore, if you received a dented and repaired Corolla, then think, where have you in your past have hurt someone to be ripped financially so badly.

i think there is nothing wrong with the article. Kia has thousands of fire related recalls which raises eyebrows. never in the article i can find where it says new Sportage was recalled there.

I suggest that you re-read the article, the writer is making it plain that the vehicle bore marks of the aftermarket installation. Moreover, he is also pointing out the fact that the recall was made in 2018, no-where he is suggesting that Sportage is not good. Lastly, kindly avoid reading articles that you think are against your tastes, shaming a person publicly in hard words is considered unethical.
One thing more, USA is developed country, you cannot compare Pakistani environment with the USA as it is ecologically cleaner. Moreover, petrol quality available over there is also very different from one available here. Also, I hardly need remind you that road network in Pakistan is not made at similar criteria it must be made at in the USA therefore masses rely on past experience. They prefer to own vehicles already known for taking toll, Sportage unfortunately does not have that legacy and owners have not owned them for more than ten years to prove it as well.
I personally know a KIA Pride owner and Classic owner telling me that the cars underside had to be completely re-fitted after five or seven years use in Karachi. My second hand Corolla had Allhamdulillah done better, only burst bushes in eight years of rough use.

As for corporate sabotage being present behind this vehicle catching fire, well, car spirit has reported about company’s inquiry revealing wires meddled by road side mechanic. All the while, your clever, mature and elder self is making it out to be otherwise.

The shodiness was in PW article’s content. Any unbiased discerning reader can notice it even comparing to coverage here or elsewhere. It can be clearly seen in comments by many readers in many blog posts on PW but that entire debate is not fruitful wrt this article.
