Hopefully, the Chinese Cars will do what the Chinese Motorbikes did earlier. Break up the Japanese Auto-Mafia’s monopoly and extremely high prices, while offering decades old technology, and no new technology transfer. The Chinese Motorbikes forced the Japanese assemblers to lower their prices and later on, offer a little better shape. This is definitely a good development for the growth of the local automobile manufacturing industry, as well as for the consumers, to have better choices at more “reasonable” prices, and better options.
