In Pakistan Suzuki Car manufacturing company is playing with lives of poor people of Pakistan who save pennies to buy a simple car but that car eventually becomes their death tool due to criminal negligence of the manufacturer who is deliberately ignoring the essential and very basic safety features such as Air (safety) Bags, Electric Braking System (EBS) etc.
On the other hand they are charging a premium price in Pakistan, where as they are charging lesser with all major features.
Would like to share with you another recent example of Pak Suzuki Alto 660 launch story, where company is charging Rs500,000/ Booking with final declaration of the unit price, this is the basic and fundamental customer’s right to have information and complete knowledge about the price of the commodity which he intend to buy. Since there are very limited options in Pakistan so people are force to be exploited by these profit makers silent killers. In a recent research about Pak Suzuki’s new launch “Suzuki Alto 660” with approximately 3000 booking across the country @ Rs500,000/unit and without any intimation of the product price upon asking the final product price company is using delaying tactics to keep the price at maximum level. This is total violation of customer’s rights and Suzuki is fully responsible for this.
Is there any authority that is monitoring this? Customers are paying premium price to buy the vehicles those can be killers for innocent people of Pakistan???
