Indus Motor Company (IMC), the makers of Toyota cars in Pakistan as well as Honda Atlas Cars Pakistan Limited (HACPL) have revised the prices of their vehicles above 1700cc engine capacity in wake of the 10% Federal Excise Duty imposed by the government.

The 10% FED was previously applicable to vehicles above 1800cc engine capacity, due to which flagship variants of both these automakers remained largely unaffected.
According to the new price list, Corolla Altis M/T is now priced at Rs 2.96 million while Corolla Altis A/T CVT-i will be available for Rs 3.10 million. Price of Corolla Grande MT-SR has been increased to Rs 3.15 million and that of Corolla Altis Grande AT-SR CVT-i to Rs 3.30 million. IMC’s Fortuner Sigma-4, 2.8 liter diesel is priced at Rs 7.52 million while Fortuner 2.7 liter petrol is priced at Rs 7.04 million.

The price of Honda Civic 1.8 i-VTEC is now PKR 31.34 lac whereas the 1.8 Oriel is now available for PKR 32.99 lac. The new prices will become applicable from 11th of March 2019.
