Hyundai is all set to launch the 2024 Hyundai Creta facelift in India which will feature a host of visual and equipment enhancements inside & out. Moreover, to make an even bigger impact, Hyundai India has signed renowned actress Deepika Padukone as its brand ambassador, marking a significant stride in the realm of automotive brand representation.
Deepika is recognized as one of Time magazine’s top 100 influential people globally. Commenting on the development, Tarun Garg, COO of Hyundai India expressed immense enthusiasm about this partnership, stating, “We are thrilled to onboard the incredibly talented, Global Indian icon Deepika Padukone as our brand ambassador.” Garg emphasized how Padukone’s magnetic charm and illustrious career perfectly resonate with Hyundai Motor India’s dynamic and youthful brand ethos.
Coming back to the updated Hyundai Creta, the automaker has teased various images of the refreshed SUV which also features Shahrukh Khan, who has been a brand ambassador of Hyundai for 25 years. The visual updates will bring the Creta closer to the styling language of the new Hyundai Tucson with a similar fascia featuring a parametric jewel design and new full-width LED tail lights at the back. Inside, the updated Creta will get a new dashboard design with dual integrated displays for infotainment and the digital driver’s display. Moreover, Hyundai will be offering the refreshed Creta with a new 1.5L turbo-petrol engine.
Teasers of Hyundai Creta facelift
The equipment list is going to be even richer than before as Hyundai claims the 2024 Creta facelift will get 19 Hyundai SmartSense – Level 2 ADAS features, and 70+ safety features, including a 26.03 cm infotainment screen with in-built navigation, and Blue Link connectivity. Hyundai also says that the body structure has been further reinforced on key areas like crash members, floor, side sill, and crash pad to improve structural rigidity and energy absorption. Thus ensuring a high level of crashworthiness.
Other 36 feature enhancements will include 6 airbags, all-wheel disc brakes, Electronic Stability Control, a Bose premium sound 8-speaker system a multi-language UI display, a TPMS, highline and blind view monitor, and an in-built music streaming application JioSaavn, which allows users to listen to ad-free music in 16 languages. Other convenience features include ventilated seats, an 8-way power driver seat, a panoramic sunroof, a dual-zone automatic temperature control (DATC), and many more.
