Geely’s Geometry E with 401 km Drive Range

Geely launched the Geometry E electric hatchback in China with a price range between 87,800-104,800 RMB (PKR 26.23 lac to PKR 31.31 lac). The Geometry E was recently put on display at the ongoing Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Auto Show.

The car displayed at the show has tiger stickers on its body, referring to its previous name ‘X Thunder Tiger’. Earlier in March 2022, Geometry also shared pictures of the E hatchback in an orange camouflage with black stripes resembling a tiger skin. It has a modern hip design with a continuous running light unit, square-shaped high beams, and a fuzzy bumper while the back has quirky rear lights and a sporty spoiler.

Inside, the dashboard has been taken from Geely Vision X3 but with slight modifications such as to the central tunnel which has a rotary gear shifter, a parking brake button, two USB ports, and two cup holders. There is a twin 10.25-inch LCD setup along with a flat-bottomed multi-function steering. And, there are tigers inside the cabin too.

Measuring 4,006 mm long, 1,765 mm wide and 1,550 mm tall with a wheelbase of 2,485 mm, the Geometry E comes available in two different battery packs. The first one is LFP with a capacity of 33.5 kWh helping the E to run up to 320 km in a single recharge. The second LFP battery option is 39.4 kWh with a range of 401 km. The E has a single electric motor on the front axle with an output of 81 hp. A more powerful E with a 39.4 kWh battery and 380-km range will also be introduced in later stages.
