Even when the Rupee has recovered by 6% against the US Dollar during the past 30 days, car prices in Pakistan continue to creep up which are now being revised as frequently as the occurrence of hiccups. Lucky Motor Corporation (LMC) having already made three price revisions since the beginning of this year has now announced an increase in prices for the fourth time.
The latest increase comes within 7 days of the previous revision and is in fact the 3rd price hike made within a span of just 10 days. Without giving any reason for another outrageous hike, LMC has jacked up the prices of its locally assembled vehicles by up to Rs 622,000.
Sparing Sportage, the prices of every other Kia car has been increased since the Sportage already saw its prices revised on the 23rd of February. The revised Kia prices are applicable from the 1st of March 2023.
New Kia Picanto Price in Pakistan
After an increase of Rs. 72,000, the price of Kia Picanto in Pakistan is now Rs. 3,300,000 for the manual variant while the price of the Picanto automatic after an increase of Rs. 120,000 has now reached a whopping Rs. 3,550,000.
