The D-MAX V-Cross retains its 2.5-litre turbocharged diesel engine that develops 134bhp of power and a healthy 320Nm of torque. A shift-on-fly 4WD system is standard on the V-Cross along with a five-speed manual gearbox that works in harmony with a chassis and suspension setup versatile enough to serve well both on and off the road.

Ghandhara Industries Limited (GIL) is in process of introducing the Isuzu D-MAX in Pakistan with 2.5 and 3.0 liter diesel engines most likely by April 2018. The D-MAX will rival the likes of Toyota Hilux and Foton Tunland in Pakistan.
