After setting the market ablaze in Thailand, the BYD Atto 3 EV is making waves in Malaysian market where it was formally launched earlier this month. The Chinese pure-electric crossover continues to pull the buyers in huge numbers setting a new record in the ASEAN nation.
The Atto 3 has breached the 1,000 orders milestone within just 10 days of its launch in Malaysia, and the situation isn’t too different in India where the electric vehicle was launched during the mid of last month. In just one month, the BYD Atto 3 garnered over 1,500 bookings in India where customers, like any other market are super-keen to get their hands on the popular Chinese EV.
In Malaysia, the BYD Atto 3 comes available in two variants, the Standard Range and Extended Range with prices set at RM149,800 (PKR 76.54 lac) and RM167,800 (PKR 85.73 lac) respectively. It is backed by a 6-year/150,000km warranty, an 8-year/160,000km battery warranty and an 8-year/150,000km motor warranty.
