Chery has launched a couple of new variants of its Little Ant EV in China that was first introduced in 2017. The new variants are specifically targeted towards the female buyers and are named as Charme Romance and Charme Rococo.

Chery Little Ant has the same overall shape for the Charme variants but offers different color schemes. Buyers can choose between charm pink and phantom purple. Both color versions have the roof and A-pillar painted in white and have a multi-color wheel covers to go along. The exterior color schemes are matched on the inside too.

The interior features multi-function flat-bottomed steering wheel is covered in leather, an LCD instrument cluster for driver information, a 10.4-inch touchscreen that serves as the console in the portrait orientation. Chery has integrated voice control as a supplement to the controls on the screen. There are two large knobs at the bottom of the screen for users that are not completely sold on touch controls. Chery has included 7-color mood lights in the cabin to increase the coziness inside. Also, there are 7 choices of “romantic” car fragrances to choose from.

The Chery Little Ant Charme gets 30 kW single electric motor that punches of 120 Nm of torque. A 30.6 kWh ternary lithium-ion battery provides a driving range of 301 km (NEDC). Features in addition to ABS and airbags include blind-spot monitoring, reverse warning through a back camera and 360-degree panoramic view etc.
The price of Little Ant Charme Romance starts at 85,520 yuan (PKR 26.57 lac) while that of Little Ant Charme Rococo starts at 91,520 yuan (PKR 28.44 lac). Buyers that make a down payment of 9,999 yuan (PKR 3.12 lac) will enjoy a 3,500 yuan (PKR 1.08 lac) discount.
