The company already has other versions called X-Dog, Cool Dog, etc whereas the Big Dog is sold as Haval Dargo in export markets.

The Haval H-Dog is available in both gasoline and PHEV versions and is aimed at the younger set of buyers in China. According to Chinese media, the vehicle is also expected to be renamed from H-Dog to “Hound Dog”, “Thunder Dog”, or “Lightning Dog” before its formal launch.
